Here's the story...I saw a stillen urethane bumper on ebay a guy was selling (he has a really good ebay rating as well). Originally he said that he would not ship the bumper due to it's size (pickup only). I checked, and it would cost a fortune using UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. The auction closed and I searched and found that Greyhound shipping would do it for around $50. We agreed on a price of $100...but he insisted on a money order. So, being nearly broke, I went the cheap route and sent a postal money order. It has been nearly a month since the check cleared, and he still hasn't sent the bumper. I email him and I get an email back every 7 to 10 days saying he has been busy and will try to send it in the next day or two. I'm at a total loss as to what to do. You can't stop payment on a postal money order. Plus, I'm still hopeful that he will ship it to me, so I'm not quite ready to proceed with an legal actions. I am a person of principle, and I will hire a lawyer to sue over a $100 bumper if I have to. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks
